Pick Up Service
Metro Victoria
Pick up service is FREE OF CHARGE from any metro Melbourne suburb. Your bouquet can be picked up from a home, work or business address. You can nominate a friend or family members address if you will not be available. (Pick up service operates Monday to Friday only & does not operate on public holidays). To book this service please use our online booking form “book now” or telephone or email us.
*Please check that your pick up suburb is on the FREE pick up Suburbs list below. If your suburb is NOT on this list your flowers can still be picked up by following the instructions for Country Areas below.
Country Areas
Pick up from outer suburbs & country areas is available for a $25 fee. You are a country area customer if your pick up suburb is NOT on the FREE pick up Suburbs list below. Please use our online booking form “book now” or telephone or email us for further information. People in country areas can also send their flowers through Australia Post (Express post so tracking is available). Please follow the instructions as outlined below in the 'Interstate Orders' section if sending flowers via Australia Post.
Interstate Orders
Interstate (& country) orders can be sent via Australia Post (Express Post so tracking is available). Simply place the bouquet in a box & surround it with scrunched up newspaper to prevent it from moving around in the box. Post it at your nearest Australia Post outlet via Express Post & keep any tracking information.
This usually costs around $20 depending on the weight. Post it to Everlasting Bouquets: 40 Bales St, Ferntree Gully, VIC, 3156. Ensure your return address is also on the box.
*If you are sending your flowers through Australia Post, please ensure you have notified us of your booking so we know when to expect the parcel. You can do this by using our online booking form “book now” or by telephoning or emailing us.
Delivery Of Finished Product (All Areas)
Finished frames can be picked up or sent to you via freight anywhere in Australia. Freight is charged separately based on weight of finished frame. Freight charge is determined only once a job has been completed. We will contact you at the time of completion to discuss options. Frames will not be sent to you until delivery charge is paid in full.
How to pack the flowers for pick up:
To protect the flowers in transit, they must be packed in a box. Find any box or container large enough to fit the flowers in. Place some scrunched up newspaper in the bottom of the box. Place the flowers in the box as they are. They DO NOT need to be in water in the box. Make sure the box has a lid and it is fully sealed down with sticky tape. There should be no openings in the box at all. All sides should be secure. Finally write Everlasting Bouquets address on the top of the box: 40 Bales St, Ferntree Gully, VIC, 3156. Make sure the flowers are packed ready for the pick up day. You may pack the bouquet the night before to avoid delays. The driver will then pick up the flowers on the day as requested & deliver them to Everlasting Bouquets. Failure to follow these instructions correctly will delay the pick up.
